At BRITISH TIME, English education consists of 6 fundamental levels. Each level is completed in 100 lesson hours. To increase success, various activities are organized in addition to these hours.

LEVEL ELEMENTARY

Students at this level can respond to basic work-related questions including prices, dates, and quantities. While not yet fluent or able to engage in debates, they can form simple sentences and understand simple expressions to a certain extent. They can take down the name, simple message, and phone number of the person they speak to on the phone.

 

 

The A2 English level is the elementary stage where learners move beyond basic knowledge and start communicating more effectively in everyday situations. At this level, you can form longer sentences and talk about past and future events.
Core Grammar Topics:

• Present Simple
• Present Continuous
• Past Simple
• Future Tense (will / going to)
• Introduction to Present Perfect
• Comparatives & Superlatives
• Modal Verbs (can, must, should)
At the A2 level, learners typically acquire around 1,000 to 2,000 words, enabling more confident and natural daily communication.
• Take part in everyday conversations
• Talk about past experiences
• Describe future plans
• Understand simple dialogues and instructions
At A2 level, you can communicate more fluently than at beginner level. You can express your ideas, respond to questions, and maintain simple conversations with greater confidence.
Intensive programs: 1.5 – 2 months
Standard courses: 2 – 3 months
Self-study: 3 – 6 months
Travel: Communicate more comfortably in real-life situations

Work: Handle basic customer interactions and simple emails

Daily Life: Participate in social conversations and routine activities
A2 English provides more job opportunities compared to A1. It can be useful for entry-level roles in tourism, retail, and customer service.
You can understand basic dialogues and common expressions. However, using subtitles will significantly improve comprehension and learning.
After A2, learners progress to B1 (Intermediate), where they gain more independence and fluency in communication.
