It is an exam which is prepared by osym for the public personel to measure their English in an academic  way.The exam isperformed every year just in May and November.The aim of the exam is
to define the level of knowledge of Englisg among the public workers.The exam includes 80 questions
Fort he exam candicates have 180 minutes that means 3 hours.The ones who succeed the exam are
paid up to their exam score and this is named as language fee for public workers.The exam is graded
over  100 points for all candicates.

Between 90-100  score means  A Level
Between 80-89    score means B Level
Between 70-79    score means C Level
Between 60-69    score means   D Level
Between 50-59    score means  E Level

The amount of money which is going to be paid according to the exam results and levels is going to be announced according to legal procedure.
